The familiar fiber has more to offer than a holiday shirt.
Linen is known for its open, breathable structure. Its gentle irregularity is also what gives a plain shirt depth, even when the shape is deliberately simple.
On cooler days, wear linen beneath a fine knit with the collar relaxed. The contrast between a smooth wool surface and the dry texture of linen adds interest without an extra color.
Wash on a gentle cold cycle and take the garment out promptly. Smooth the placket and cuffs by hand while damp. A few natural creases are part of the fabric, rather than a fault to iron away.
Our ivory linen shirt is cut with enough room at the shoulder to work alone or as a layer. Choose your usual size for ease, or consult the garment measurements for a closer fit.
