A carryall should soften with use, and stay useful through it.
A bag carries more than the things inside it. The way a handle sits on a shoulder, the shape of an opening and the weight of the empty piece all become part of a daily routine.
Our Day Tote keeps the construction deliberately simple. Broad handles distribute weight, a flat base gives it a place to rest and one inside pocket keeps the smallest things from disappearing.
Leather responds to its surroundings. Wipe away surface moisture promptly, keep it away from a radiator and allow a damp bag to dry naturally. A soft dry cloth is enough for ordinary dust.
When storing it, fill the body loosely with clean paper and give the handles room. Small marks and subtle changes in tone are expected with use; the aim is care, rather than keeping a useful object untouched.
